About Us
Dr. Asoka Wijetilleke — fondly known as Dr. Wije — began this Treasure Coast pediatric legacy in 1975. The Cruz family opened today's family-owned Vero Beach Pediatrics in July 2022, welcoming Dr. Wije's patients and his standard of care. Our team of talented, experienced doctors and nurses delivers outstanding care to children from birth to 12 years and comprehensive adolescent care for ages 13 to 21.
