Vero Beach Pediatrics is a family-owned practice carrying forward a Treasure Coast legacy that Dr. Asoka Wijetilleke — fondly known as Dr. Wije — began more than 50 years ago. When the Cruz family opened its doors in July 2022, led by pediatrician Dr. Jessica Brewer Cruz, they welcomed Dr. Wije's patients and his standard of care — reimagined for today. Our board-certified pediatricians carry it forward — warm, attentive, whole-family care, from newborns to teens.
