Jessica Brewer Cruz, MD, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician who was born and raised right here in Vero Beach, FL. Dr. Cruz graduated from Vero Beach High School in 2000 and completed her undergraduate training at the University of Florida with a major in Nutritional Sciences. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2010.
Dr. Cruz spent over 10 years training and working at The Children's Hospital at Montefiore in New York, which is consistently ranked among the best by U.S. News & World Report. In early February of 2021, she was overjoyed to bring her training and expertise in caring for a diverse population back to her hometown.
A wife and mother of two young boys, Dr. Cruz enjoys spending her free time being active with her family and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Her late father, Stephen Brewer, was an active member of the community for over 40 years, and she looks forward to continuing in his footsteps by having a positive impact on her hometown.
