How your first visit works

01 Before your visit
Complete your child's registration, history, and insurance on your own device — usually a few minutes the night before. Check-in stays quick.
02 At check-in
A friendly front desk greets you by name — not a call center. Copays are handled up front, so you can settle right in.
03 In the room
Your pediatrician walks in already familiar with what you shared. The time in the room is about your child — not paperwork.
04 Between visits
Refills, school and sports forms, and quick questions are handled by secure text with our staff — or a call. Both reach the same team that knows your family.
Register Online
Register your child as a new patient.
Your information is protected by HIPAA-compliant encryption and is only accessible to our care team. It takes about 5–10 minutes. After you submit, we’ll reach out to confirm your child’s first visit.
What to bring on day one
- Your child's insurance card
- A photo ID for the parent or guardian
- Immunization (shot) records
- Any prior medical records or recent lab results
- A list of current medications and doses
- Your questions and concerns
