Dr. Laura Johnson is a board-certified pediatrician originally from upstate New York. She completed her undergraduate training in Biology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College in 1996. After completing her pediatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in 1999, she moved to Vero Beach for the year-round sunshine.
Since 1999, Dr. Johnson has served the community both in private practice and with Nemours Children's Primary Care. She values building lifelong relationships with families and enjoys connecting with patients at school functions, church, and other community activities.
As a mother of three sons and a daughter, Dr. Johnson finds that her personal experiences enrich her professional practice. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to visit her children in college and abroad, and spending quality time at home with her husband and youngest daughter.
