Dr. Asoka Wijetilleke — fondly called Dr. Wije — began this Treasure Coast pediatric legacy in 1975. Today Vero Beach Pediatrics is a family-owned practice, opened by the Cruz family in July 2022 and led by pediatrician Dr. Jessica Brewer Cruz, carrying his standard of care forward. Our team of experienced, compassionate doctors and nurses provides exceptional care to children from birth to 12 years old and adolescent care for ages 13 to 21.
