Breastfeeding

Support and answers for nursing parents — from the first latch through everyday questions.

Breastfeeding is a natural process, but it can also come with a learning curve for both parent and baby. Our breastfeeding library gathers practical, parent-friendly resources to help you feel more confident in those early days and weeks — and to answer the questions that tend to come up along the way.

Topics include getting started and finding a comfortable latch, recognizing the signs that your baby is getting enough milk, and keeping a simple feeding record during your baby's first week. You will also find guidance on caring for your breasts, questions about vitamins and water, and what to consider when a nursing parent is ill and needs to take medication.

Every family's feeding journey is different. If you have concerns about feeding, your milk supply, or your baby's weight gain, our care team and your child's pediatrician are here to help — and can connect you with additional lactation support when it's needed.
