Laura Kramer, APRN

Laura, with over 36 years of experience, serves as a distinguished Nurse Practitioner at Vero Beach Pediatrics. She began her career at Shands Hospital, Gainesville, FL, in the NICU, developing skills across pediatric specialties including PICU, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, genetics, nephrology, and high-tech pediatric home health care.

She earned her BSN from the University of Central Florida and worked as an RN for 18 years before obtaining her MSN/FNP from Florida Atlantic University, focusing on maternal/child health. Certified by the ANCC, Laura has 18 years of APRN experience in NICU, pediatric urgent care, and general pediatrics.

A devoted wife and mother of four, Laura enjoys running, triathlons, and various outdoor activities. She’s committed to her community, running marathons to raise funds for pediatric cancer research and Ronald McDonald House. Laura’s extensive expertise and compassionate care are invaluable to the Vero Beach Pediatrics team and the families they serve.
